Review by hotel critic
As a family of four from Texas, we had a delightful stay at Climbing Rose Cottage in the charming Cotswold village. the cottage perfectly blends authentic charm with modern conveniences, such as a log burner, underfloor heating, and wall heaters. Our Cockerpoo, Peggy, was welcomed with open arms, making our family getaway even more enjoyable. The village itself is friendly and picturesque, with a lovely pub just a short stroll away. We particularly enjoyed the warm welcome from one of the Canadian neighbors who works at the pub. the proximity to the airport was also a bonus, making our travel to and from the cottage a breeze. Overall, our experience at Climbing Rose Cottage was relaxing and memorable. We would highly recommend it to families looking for a peaceful retreat in the Cotswolds. A big thank you to Clare for her hospitality - we can't wait to return for another getaway.
